Indigenous rights defender Minor OrtÃz Delgado has been victim of several attacks, aggressions, threats and assassination attempts that have gone unpunished to this day, despite having many of its perpetrators identified. Additionally, there are currently four criminalization proceedings against Mainor and his family.
